Executive Overview & Mission

Specialized early education and socialization for children with developmental disabilities are critically rare in Central Asia. Families with special needs children face social isolation and lack access to trained educators. Our mission is early socialization and classroom integration. We bridge the gap between complete isolation and public education, equipping children with disabilities to learn, communicate, and transition successfully into regular state schools alongside their peers.

The Social Enterprise Model

The center operates a mixed tuition model with 40 enrolled children, 9 of whom have diagnosed disabilities. Tuition fees from general enrollment partially subsidize special needs care, creating operational sustainability. Capital deployment ($5,000): Funds were directly spent on commercial kitchen appliances to provide daily hot meals, specialized developmental classroom furniture, and training scholarships for local teachers in special education methodologies.

Kingdom Culture & Community Impact

The center’s foundation is the biblical dignity of every child. Staff provide patient, Christ-centered family counseling, relieving the emotional burden on mothers of disabled children. Tangible result: Ruslan, an autistic student who previously suffered from extreme antisocial isolation, completed our integration program and successfully enrolled in a standard state public school.
